Program Overview
At ExxonMobil we are committed to invest and grow our business and people in China. Our Market Facing Entry Program is designed to provide campus hires with structured training and meaningful assignments with responsibilities across marketing, sales, and technology roles.
During the program, new hires will be assigned to a business and have the opportunities to gain market, product and application knowledge while working with their colleagues on multiple tasks and projects that may include:
  • Support new application development projects
  • Competitive & market intelligence collection, analysis, and reporting
  • Support new application development projects
  • Market communication and digital marketing projects
  • Establish engagement with customers and industry partners
  • Support commercial organization with trouble shooting
  • Prospect new sales opportunities and introduce new product solutions
